Nottingham Forest are set to sign “the biggest deal in their history” with Adidas in a deal for the brand to become the club’s new equipment supplier.
As the Nottingham Forest 2022/2023 season draws to a close, with the race for survival looking very complicated, the Nottingham Forest board is already preparing for next season.
Since 2018, Nottingham Forest has been partnering with Macron for the design of its shirts. This has resulted in some very nice pieces such as those for the 2021/2022 season, allowing the club to be promoted to the Premier League, and this season’s shirts, which are to the taste of many fans.
The contract with Macron still runs until 2025 but, according to The Athletic, Forest are currently negotiating with Adidas to make them the club’s new kit supplier for next season. According to the terms of the deal, the contract could be the biggest ever signed in the club’s history, according to The Athletic again. A financial boost that would be welcome should the club be relegated to the Championship.
For the moment, let’s wait and see what happens when the deal is officially announced and the new kits for next season are announced.
